To support a board initiated project, seconded to a project to review supply chain confidentiality in all procurement categories that manage The LEGO Group’s confidential assets.

• The co-ordination of a global team to audit preferred suppliers in Europe, Asia and the Americas

• Leading on-site supplier audits at factory locations

• Documenting & presenting overall project results to the steering committee and implementing the findings

• Drafting a Confidentiality Appendix for the LEGO Group, now being used with all key suppliers handling the LEGO Group's confidential assets

• Delivered training to over 300 procurement colleagues on supply chain confidentiality

• Coordinated a confidentiality risk assessment by category in over 12 with categories of spend and 7,000 suppliers to create database of suppliers that manage confidential data

The project was delivered in conjunction with Group Confidentiality Officer, who confirmed that without this initiative being driven by myself, it was 3-5 years from being addressed by his team.
