Coupa Implementation Lead - Indirect Procurement 2020

2019/20

​

To support the LEGO Group's objectives to digitalise its procurement organisation, I was the implementation lead for all indirect procurement:

 

  • Involved with overall system design and testing of new solution

  • Lead for end to end procurement process design

  • Lead for change management; designed & delivered training to over 300 procurement colleagues globally

 

The project successfully brought the LEGO Group in line with other leading procurement organisations with a truly online purchase-to-pay procurement system.

  • Responsible for delivering multiple strategic initiatives across indirect categories including Travel, Distribution, Professional Services, and IT
