Babcock International Telecommunications Supplier Consolidation Project

Tasked with reducing a fragmented supply base and total telephony spend c.£6m – I led the project to conduct a spend analysis; formulate a business case and present to Group CIO and CPO for sign off.

Managed the end-to end tender process to facilitate appointment of a single consolidated supplier and project managed the implementation of the deal, migrating 12,000 mobile connections & 3,500 fixed line channels across 250 sites in the UK to realised annualised savings of c.£2.5m.
